They had to work hard as 2 of the windows were difficult to remove as the existing plastering extended over the window frame trims. It took longer than expected but they finished by 5.0 pm and left everything tidy. Job well done.

I was kept informed of developments and given plenty of notice when the installation date had to be changed. They were exceptional considering that I have damaged my back and was unable to replace the blinds rails. I had to leave the house to go to the chiropractor and when we came back the house was spotless. I was so pleased and relieved.
